HOW TO ORDER:
Online: Click here to enter our online store complete with secure online shopping from our home page.
Phone: Call 1-877-57-HIPPO (877-574-4776) for credit card orders (we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). Our office hours are 9am to 7pm ET Monday through Saturday. You can also leave your order information on our voicemail (be sure to leave your phone number also) and we will call back to confirm your order.
Mail: Send your order to the customer service address above with your money order or check (checks are held for 10 business days) or with your credit card information (be sure to include your phone number in case we have questions about your order).
Fax:: Fax your order to us at 1-917-522-9733. We will fax or phone a confirmation.
Email: You can email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not include your credit card information in the email. Please call us with that information at our toll free line: 1-877-57-HIPPO (877-574-4776), or include your phone number so that we can call you.

All items are payable in full upon ordering.
Your billing address is the name and address to which your credit card bills are sent. This must be exact for us to be able to approve your credit card. If there is a discrepancy in your card information we will need to contact you by phone or email.
Rosie Hippo accepts payment in U.S. dollars by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check, money order, or PayPal. Orders will be shipped when payment has cleared (checks need 10 business days to clear). Sales Tax will be added to all purchases when applicable.
